At AimControllers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your controller, please carefully review the terms and conditions outlined below.

  1. Return Eligibility Period
    • Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
    • Within these 14 days, the customer must contact our Customer Service team at: [email protected]
    • The 14-day period begins on the date the controller is delivered.
  2. Return Authorization Requirement
    • Returns are accepted only after prior approval from our Customer Service team.
    • Any return sent without contacting and receiving approval from Customer Service will not be processed.
    • Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Eligible Products
    • Predesigned controllers
    • Outlet controllers
    • Custom-made controllers
    • Accessories purchased within the same order as the controller
    Please note:
    • Orders containing only accessories are not eligible for return.
    • The entire order must be returned. Partial refunds for selected items from an order are not possible.
  4. Restocking Fee
    • All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    • The 20% restocking fee is calculated based on:
      • The price of the controller
      • Any accessories purchased in the same order
      • AimSurance if purchased
    • Speedy Aim fees and original shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances. These charges are separate from the restocking fee and will not be included in the refund amount.
  5. Return Shipping Requirements
    • Once the return request is approved, the controller must be shipped back within 5 business days.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • The customer may choose their preferred shipping method.
    Important:
    • The controller must be returned in its original packaging.
    • The package must include:
      • The controller and all accessories purchased in the same order
      • The original Packing Slip with the customer’s name, order number and order details
      • A note stating: “14 days return”
    • The controller must be in like new condition, free from:
      • Visible damage
      • Accidental damage
      • Excessive signs of wear
  6. Responsibility During Return Shipping
    • AimControllers is not responsible for packages sent by customers that are lost or damaged while in transit.
    • In such cases, the refund will not be processed.
    • For your protection, we recommend using a recorded-delivery service when returning goods, with a signature required upon delivery.
    International Returns Outside the US:
    • Any customs duties, import taxes or related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
    • If customs fees are not paid, the package will be refused and the return will not be processed with no refund issued.
  7. Refund Process
    • Refunds are processed within 3 weeks from the date we receive the returned controller.
    • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • If the original payment method is no longer valid or has changed, the customer must inform us at the beginning of the return process. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
