OFFICIAL RULES – ANNIVERSARY GAME

1. Organizer

The Organizer of the Contest is AimFusion sp. z o. O. (limited liability company), a company registered in Poland, with its registered office in Nowa 23, 05-500 Stara Iwiczna, Poland, entered into the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000894228, Tax Identification Number (NIP): PL2910230726

The Organizer is fully responsible for the preparation, administration, and execution of the Contest.

The Contest is organized and conducted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, unless mandatory provisions of local law applicable to participants in other jurisdictions are provided otherwise.

Definition of the Contest

The Contest is a promotional activity organized by the Organizer for marketing and engagement purposes.

Participation in the Contest is voluntary.

The Contest is not a game of chance or gambling, provided that the winner is determined based on skill, creativity, knowledge, or other clearly defined non-random criteria.

The Contest is conducted online via the Organizer’s website and is open to eligible participants as specified in these Terms & Conditions.

The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party platforms unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

The Competition is open only to:

  • Legal residents of the United States
  • Who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Participants must provide accurate and truthful information when entering.

3. Competition Period

Start Date: April 19 at 12:00 AM EST
End Date: May 3 at 11:59 PM EST
Winner Announcement: May 4

Entries submitted outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

Participation in the Competition requires a valid purchase and access code.

The purchase is for a physical product, and the Competition is a promotional, skill-based activity associated with that product.

Important:

  • Only participants with a valid purchase and access code may enter the competition.
  • If a participant exercises their statutory right of withdrawal, cancels the order, or the purchase is otherwise refunded or invalidated, any associated participation in the Contest, including scores and eligibility, will be void.
  • Participants who take part in the game experience are not eligible to cancel the associated order during the competition period.
  • The purchase of the product is not considered a payment for participation in the Contest, but for the product itself, which has independent value.
  • Participation in the Contest is a secondary feature associated with the purchased product and does not constitute a separate paid entry fee.

5. Competition Mechanics

This is a skill-based competition.

Participants compete to achieve the highest score in the game.

Gameplay

  • Participants may submit multiple scores
  • Only the highest valid score per participant will be considered

Leaderboard

  • A live leaderboard may be displayed during the Competition
  • Leaderboard rankings are provisional and for informational purposes only
  • Final rankings will be determined after verification and may differ from the displayed leaderboard

This Competition is a bona fide skill-based contest and is not a lottery, sweepstakes, or game of chance.

6. Prizes

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,900 USD

Prizes may include:

  • Gold bar
  • Custom gaming controllers
  • Store vouchers or similar items

Prize Conditions:

  • Prize values are approximate and may fluctuate (e.g., market price of gold)
  • Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
  • No substitution or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion
  • Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value due to availability or other factors

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be determined based on the highest verified scores.

In the event of a tie, the winner will be the participant who achieved the score earliest.

Verification Process

Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • Audit gameplay data
  • Review scoring integrity
  • Request additional verification from participants

All decisions are final and binding.

8. Fair Play & Disqualification

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Use of bots, scripts, or automated gameplay tools
  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics
  • Creating or using multiple accounts
  • Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with the Competition

Enforcement

Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • Monitor gameplay activity
  • Detect suspicious behavior (including abnormal scores, device/IP duplication, or unnatural gameplay patterns)
  • Disqualify any participant at its sole discretion

Disqualified participants forfeit all rights to prizes.

9. Identity Verification

Potential winners may be required to:

  • Provide valid government-issued identification
  • Complete and return required documentation (e.g., affidavit of eligibility)
  • Confirm compliance with these Official Rules

Failure to comply within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

10. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winners may be required to:

  • Complete and submit IRS Form W-9
  • Receive IRS Form 1099-MISC for the value of the prize

Winners must respond and claim their prize within 14 days of notification.

Failure to respond or provide required information will result in forfeiture.

Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

By participating, entrants grant Sponsor the right to use:

  • Score

Sponsor reserves the right to feature top players on social media, website, and marketing materials.

15. Technical Disclaimer

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Technical malfunctions
  • Server downtime
  • Software or hardware failures
  • Interrupted or lost gameplay sessions
  • Errors in score recording or transmission

16. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and partners from any liability, including:

  • Injury
  • Loss
  • Damage

arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance/use of any prize.

17. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • TikTok
  • Any other platform used to promote the Competition

18. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition
  • Update these Official Rules
  • Disqualify any participant violating the rules

in the event of fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control.

19. Governing Law

This Competition is governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws.

20. Odds of Winning

The chances of winning depend solely on:

  • the player’s skill
  • the score achieved in the game
  • the number of participants

The Competition is entirely skill-based and does not involve any element of chance or randomness.

Purchase of a product does not increase the chances of winning, except for enabling participation in the game and the ability to achieve a score.

The outcome of the Competition is determined exclusively by the objective results achieved by participants.

Purchase does not improve the chances of winning beyond enabling participation and the ability to achieve a score.

Winning depends solely on skill and performance.

Organizer reserves the right to withhold or revoke prizes if the underlying purchase is refunded, returned, or otherwise invalidated.
